When you use the letter creation tool on MyHeavenlyLetter.com, you provide personal details about your loved one — including their name, your relationship to them, personal memories, and other meaningful details.
This information is used solely to generate the personalized prayer and letter you requested. It is transmitted securely to our AI generation service and is not stored on our servers beyond what is needed to complete your request.
We do not ask for, collect, or store your own name, email address, or contact information unless you voluntarily provide it through our email opt-in form or during a purchase.
2. AI Generation & Your Data
The prayers and letters on this site are generated using the Anthropic Claude API. When you submit details about your loved one, that information is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's own privacy policy governs how they handle API inputs. You can review it at anthropic.com/privacy.
The audio version of your prayer is generated using the OpenAI text-to-speech API. Details submitted for audio generation are processed by OpenAI in accordance with their privacy practices, available at openai.com/privacy.
We do not use the personal details you share about your loved one for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond generating your requested memorial content.
3. Cookies and Advertising
This site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser. They are used to:
- Analyze site traffic and usage patterns
- Deliver relevant advertising through Google AdSense
- Remember basic session preferences

6. Purchases & Email
If you purchase the premium audio package, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase and your email address for order fulfillment. We do not store your credit card number or payment details.
If you opt in to receive your free letter by email, your email address is stored by Kit.com and used to deliver your letter and any follow-up messages you requested. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
7. Children's Privacy
MyHeavenlyLetter.com is intended for use by adults. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
